Can you provide me with a “super bill” or receipt for services so that I can submit a claim for partial reimbursement from my insurance company?
Yes. We can provide a super bill at the request of the client. It is ultimately the client’s responsibility to contact their insurer and submit all documentation.
Do you provide a sliding scale/adjustment of fees depending on financial need?
Yes. We can adjust our fees depending financial hardship. Our policy is to consider fee adjustment based on proof-of-income documentation, to be submitted by the client.
